Update 2 - 2018-10-22 10pm BST

As we're sure you are aware, we suffered a failure on our inhouse webserver. The disk appeared to be on the brink and a reboot finished it off.

At the same time, we were struck by another HDD failure on our backup server.

We apologise profusely for this, we understand that this may have caused you some terrible disruption, you will be compensated with free time for this.


We have now rebuilt our webserver on a new machine, and will shortly be implementing a more robust backup solution. In the mean time, we ask that you ticket in to us to get your web hosting recreated and so we can credit you with the free time, as well as any further special measures you may have previously had.


We would like to warn you that as this server is a new build, some configuration may still be required - such as PHP modules,ports being opened and so on. These will be done for you as per your requests, but please bear with us as there may be many to sort.

Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.

Update 1 - 2018-10-22 7pm BST

Regretabbly it would appear that the hard drive on the web server has failed, despite our best efforts we have been unable to recover any data. Our backup drives for this webserver have also failed, it would appear that they were both on the brink and the resulting moves have finally killed them.

We offer our sincerest apologies at this time, all affected customers will be duly compensated with free time.

We are currently installing a new webserver, but all sites will be starting from scratch.

   It appears today we tried to move our inhouse webserver that hosts all the free redirects and some UK webhosting was attempted to be moved when something went wrong with the hardware, we are currently trying to get this back online or atleast rescue data so that we may rebuild this system. We apologise for the lack of warning but the RIPE IP recall being imminent we had to get this move attempted today. Once we have an update on the situation we will let people know, Worst case scenario we will need to rebuild all domains from scratch, but we are trying to recover 700GB of data currently.
