All services have been restored and are back online, We have no reason for outage as of yet but will update when we have more info, Apologies for the inconvenience to all customers

Routing (Network Outage) In one of our London UK Data Centers - Under Investigation - Update 1
It appears the fault is part of a much wider outage in London in or around the Telehouse North 2 Data center vicinity, were awaiting confirmation and emergency engineers have been deployed by the NOC in question.

We apologise for the loss of service, Were awaiting more info on the fault, but it appears we have lost all routing to one of our London UK Datacenters (possible fibre or linecard related)
we hope to have service fully restored and will update you once we have more info as soon as possible.
