Game Panel / London - Cheltenham Datacenter Outage - Under investigation - Update - fixed
Were aware of a network outage that effected our London - Cheltenham datacenter wich caused all dedicated machines / voice servers / game servers and websites located to be unresponsive, this also effected our game panel access

High Pings to our UK datacenter effecting VirginMedia users - [closed]
Were currently communicating with upstream providers trying to get some broken nodes/routes fixed for users in the UK using virgin media experiencing high pings, we hope to have normal service shortly

Steam Services Down - Effecting ALL game servers that rely on steam 5pm UTC - Partially FIXED 6pm UTC
