WORKSHOP MODS BUTTON
You need to type modid + mod name, some characters like &() etc are forbidden from mod name for windows incompatibilities, will show a warning that you cant use that char, remove that char from mod name field
Mod download will retry 20 times and then fail.
Keys should also copy along with the mod, unless the key folder inside mod folder has a funny name.

DAONE ADMIN TOOLS
This version it's completely different and requires few extra steps and stuff to work, how to update / install
1. Stop server
2. Uninstall Da0ne Admin Tools from Mod Manager (if you have them installed)
3. Install Da0ne Admin Tools from Mod Manager
4. Edit Start.bat file and under -mod= field add: @VanillaPlusPlus;@RPCFramework
5. Edit Start.bat file and under Advanced Settings enable option: Allow File Write
6. Edit Config.cfg and change mission template to: DayZSurvival.chernarusplus
7. Start server
You also need to subscribe to the following mods on your steam workshop, and load them on DayZ Launcher:

this is what changed on dayz template between the version you have and the one im sending you
