How our UK DDOS mitigation works
When an attack starts against your server the mitigation sample collection starts of the attack source vectors (this can take upto 2 minutes to aggregate all attacking vectors and IP) once this stage is complete, the filtering stage kicks in and all attacking IP's are nulled at the local country source, for UK this being London, then all clean traffic is updated via BGP sessions on all routers and your pings / ts3 connection will be clean and return to normal. This whole process can take upto 5 minutes to complete so if lag/high pings last longer than this let us know via support tickets.
