Update: I've recieved a message back from networking that would indicate this issue lies with LINX, which is in London. I'll continue to update this as more is known.

Hello All,
Some of you may have suffered some lag or packet loss around 1700 UK Local time, this was due to a large ddos aimed at an IP. The IP was nulled within a few minutes of the attack starting.

Hello All,
This is to inform you that some customers may have noticed some packet loss around 15.35 today on the following IP ranges: 109.70.148.XXX and 109.70.149.XXX. This was due to a denial of service attack.
The offending IP was tracked and nulled at 15.41, 6 minutes or so after the attack started.
