[Update 1 18/5/14 4.00pm BST (GMT+1)] - Sorry we have not got back to you sooner, the DC are still performing an investigation. We did have this communication back from them though:
"A full RFO will be released tomorrow explaining the outage that we experienced on Friday 16th May 2014."
