also navigate to your configuration files section and edit your ban.ini you can add a new ban on a new line with the following formatting:

 

Banned=(PlayerName="NAME",UniqueId="STEAM64ID",Reason="BAN REASON",Expiry=YEAR.MONTH.DAY-TIME)

for example:

Banned=(PlayerName="MYNAME",UniqueId="7243524524525",Reason="BAN REASON",Expiry=3923.02.24-02.25.37)
