Startup your game Unreal Tournament 3 game on your PC and create a profile for the server to use. This must be a unique name and password, in the same way you would create a new user login. Once you have this info please navigate to your servers game Panel and the commandline manager section, select edit on your pre-defined commandline that lets you add your unique profile login user/pass and restart the server.
-login=USERNAME is where you enter the username you created for the server
-password=PASSWD is where you enter the password you created for the username
