How to become admin on your Rust server

This guide will help you to become Admin on your Rust Server.

1. Stop your server.
2. Open Configuration Files and edit Users.cfg file "Easy Configurator".
3. Click new owner and add in your 64bit steam id (https://steamidfinder.com/).
4. Repeat the previous steps and now add your friends as moderator aswell
5. Save the users.cfg file.
6. Start your server.

Or VIA RCON follow these steps.

1. Stop your server.
2. Open Configuration Files and edit start.bat file "Easy Configurator".
3. make a note of your rcon password
4. check your rcon IP:port located in your game panel under service home, to the left of the server player/usage stats.
5. use the rcon.io link in your game panel http://rcon.io/login
6. log in with your credentials, and add yourself via rcon console as admin with the following commands
7. ownerid “64_bit_steam_id” “optional_user_name” “optional_reason”  <press enter>
8. moderatorid "64bit_steamid_here" <press enter>
9. Then enter into the console: server.writecfg <press enter>
