With our game panel, you can host both Steam and Xbox versions of the dedicated game server for Palworld. It's as easy as flipping a switch. Check below how to switch your Palworld dedicated game server between Steam and Xbox platforms.
WARNING - PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
- Mods are not supported when hosting an Xbox server; if you have mods, you must remove them before switching the platform to Xbox!
- Crossplay is not supported. You can only have the Palworld dedicated game server set to Steam or Xbox. If it's set to Steam, only players with the game on Steam platform will see and connect to the server. If it's set to the Xbox platform, only players on the Xbox will see the server. Let's hope for a crossplay update in the future!
- Stop your server
- Go to the Configuration Files button and edit the PalWorldSettings.ini file with the Config Editor option
- Scroll down and change the Platform dropdown from Steam to Xbox and Save & Exit
- Start your server
