Firstly thank you for your server order and welcome to GamingDeluxe, we will try and get you fixed as soon as we can.
There are a few reasons why you wont be able to log in to your game panel, we will list here the most common reasons.
- Check your spam/junk email folder for the user/password we sent you upon your game server creation (if you havent recieved this email something may have gone wrong on the set up phase they can take 5-20 minutes to install depending on the size of the game server) Please log in to your billing area and open a support ticket in this instance: https://billing.gamingdeluxe.co.uk/clientarea.php
- When you copy / paste from your welcome email you are adding erroneous "spaces" in your local windows clipboard cache, to get round this problem the easiest method is to create a text file on your windows desktop, then paste your user and password here from our welcome email, then copy from this file removing any spaces and paste into our game panel login section.
- Finally the last reason for failed logins is most commonly caused by browser security settings, please make sure you allow our game panel as a trusted site in your browser settings/ popup blocker settings, and AV program settings. Our site also needs access to javascript and activex, please follow these guides to add our site as a trusted site in this instance if you do not see a "blocked content" button appear on your browsers address line where you usually see popup blocker messages"

Safari
- Navigate to https://cpdeluxe.com/
- At the top of the screen, click Bookmarks.
- Click "Add Bookmark..."
- Click "Top Sites" from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add.
Internet Explorer
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the "Trusted Sites" icon, which looks like a green checkmark.
- Click Sites.
- Type in "https://cpdeluxe.com/"
- Click Add.
- Click Close.
- Click Ok.
Firefox
- Click the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Options.
- Click Privacy and Security.
- Scroll down to the "Permissions" section, and click on Exceptions to the right of "Warn you when websites try to install add-ons."
- Type in "https://cpdeluxe.com/" in the "Address of website" field.
- Click Allow.
- Click Save Changes.
Chrome
- Click the three vertical dots at the top right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Advanced."
- In the "Privacy and security" section, click Content Settings.
- Click JavaScript.
- Click the toggle and ensure that "Allowed (recommended)" is displayed.
- Click Add to the right of "Allow."
- In the "Site" field, type "https://cpdeluxe.com/"
- Click Add.
