How to access your server files and folders

This guide will help you on how to access your server files and folders.

  • You can access your server files using FTP connection following this guide
  • Alternatively, you can access your server files pressing the File Manager on your control panel


The upload of some files extensions like (.DLL / .EXE / .BAT) it's forbidden due to security measures if you need to upload any of that files just contact our support.
